Brewmaster’s Loyal Customer Appreciation Terms and Conditions

  1. The Brewmaster’s Loyal Customer Appreciation Program (the "Program") is a customer rewards program offered by Tree Brewing, Fireweed Brewing Corporation, (“Tree”) to its customers which came into effect May 1, 2007.

  2. The Program rewards will terminate at the close of business on September 1, 2008 (the "Termination Date") and may be extended or terminated at any time at Tree’s sole discretion.

  3. Brewmaster’s Club Members will have until the Termination Date to order Program rewards ("Rewards") from Tree using the points accumulated up to the Termination Date.

  4. Tree may, in its sole discretion, restrict, suspend, amend, extend or otherwise alter the Program or certain aspects of the Program (including any Rewards), with or without notice. Tree reserves the right to substitute a Reward of same or equal value should the original Reward not be available.

  5. Entrants must be of legal drinking age to enter in their province of residence.

  6. Entrants must supply a valid mailing address in order to win as rewards are mailed out.

  7. Entrants agree to receive, via email, the Brewmaster’s Newsletter.

  8. Tree Beer reserves the right to use any and all comments submitted on their website.

  9. Rewards include but not limited to items available at the Tree Beer store, with Tree logo emblazoned on them. There will be a special reward given for those customers who reach Hop Head Level.

  10. There are five levels in the Customer Loyalty Program based on number of entries.
    30 beer codes - 1st Level - Kelowna Pilsner
    60 beer codes - 2nd  Level - Cutthroat
    100 beer codes - 3rd Level - Thirsty Beaver
    150 beer codes - 4th Level - Spy Porter
    200 beer codes - Top Level - Hop Head

  11. Although points are cashed in for rewards, the points are not taken away. For example, once the first level is reached and the points cashed in for a reward, as soon as the next beer code is entered, the customer is transferred up to the 2nd level; and so on.

  12. Prizes may not be exactly as shown on contest page or in Tree’s store.

  13. No cash value for points.

  14. Points only valid in exchange for reward merchandise from Tree Beer.

  15. Instant win prizes are separate from the Program and won by entering your beer code. Tree reserves the right to send out prizes that may not be exactly as shown on the website.
